How do I get a quote?
Send us your cargo details through the quote form, or call or WhatsApp us. We come back with a clear, itemised rate and a realistic plan, usually within hours.
What do you need from me to get started?
Where you are importing from, what the goods are, the rough volume or container count, the value, and where you want them delivered. The more you can share, the tighter the quote.
Which countries can you forward from?
We forward from China, the UAE, India and Turkey today, and our partner network is growing. If you source elsewhere, ask us; we can usually arrange it.
What documents do I need to import?
At minimum a commercial invoice, packing list and bill of lading. Some goods also need a certificate of origin or permits. We tell you exactly what is required before your cargo sails.
How long does shipping and clearance take?
It depends on the origin and mode, but with documents in order most shipments clear customs within a few days of arriving at Berbera. We give you realistic timelines up front.
Who sets the customs duty and how much is it?
Duty and taxes are set by Somaliland customs and depend on the goods. We classify your cargo, handle the filing, and can pay duty on your behalf and bill it back transparently.
Can you handle small shipments?
Yes. We consolidate part-loads (LCL) so you only pay for the space you use, not a full container.
Do you deliver outside Hargeisa?
All over Somaliland, including Borama, Burco and Gabiley, and nationwide on request. We also run the corridor into the DDS region of Ethiopia.
How do I track my shipment?
Use the Track Shipment page with the MCN reference from your booking confirmation, and we keep you updated by phone and WhatsApp along the way.
What is demurrage, and how do you avoid it?
Demurrage is the charge when a container sits at the port too long. We pre-check documents and sequence clearance so your cargo moves before those charges start.
